Terms of use

Gun Room helps you keep personal collection and range-session records. These terms apply to the app and this website.

The service

Gun Room is operated by Jerry Yu. Contact jerry@vantaomega.com with questions. The iPhone app is in development. Features and availability may change, and access may be limited during testing.

Your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gun Room. Keep access to your Apple, Google, or email account secure. Provide accurate information and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Notify us if you believe someone has accessed your Gun Room account without permission.

Your records

You retain ownership of the content you enter. You allow us and our service providers to store, process, and display that content as needed to operate Gun Room. Keep independent copies of records that are important to you.

Permitted use

Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to access another person’s records, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or upload content that violates another person’s rights.

Recordkeeping and responsibility

Gun Room is not a firearms or ammunition marketplace. It does not arrange purchases, sales, or transfers. Its records do not establish ownership, legal eligibility, or compliance with any law.

Round counts and maintenance thresholds are recordkeeping aids. They do not replace physical inspections, manufacturer instructions, professional service, or safe handling and storage practices. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of your records and for decisions about your equipment.

Availability and limits

The service is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free records. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by use of the service. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. Contact jerry@vantaomega.com to request account deletion. We may restrict access to address abuse, security risks, or violations of these terms.

Privacy and changes

Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version will be posted here. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
